Rice Flakes with Buttermilk/Skimmed milk as a Breakfast.

Rice flakes 1 Cup, Curd/Yogurt 1/2 cup, Green chillies cut pieces 1/2 teaspoon, Garlic 1/2 teaspoon, Lemon juice 1 teaspoon, Coriander cut leafs 1 teaspoon. Add salt to your taste.

Grind  Green chillies and garlic in a grinder chilly garlic paste
Soak the Rice flakes in Skimmed milk (Prepared from Curd/Yogurt) for 15 minutes.
Mix the Butter milk/Skimmed milk soaked rice flake along with Chilly garlic paste and add the lemon juice,salt to taste,Coriander cut leafs and keep it for 5 minutes.

Your Breakfast is ready in 30 minutes.
