Rice Flakes Laddu / Atkula Laddu- Preparation Process

Rice flakes 2 Cups,Dry Cocunut pieces 1/2 Cup, Pool Channa dal or Baked Bengal Gram- 1/2 cup,Powdered Jaggery  1 cup, Hot Milk- Required quantity to make them into a form of Laddu.

 Grind the below items into a Powder form separately in a Dry Grinder.

 1.Rice flakes 2 Cups,

2. Dry Coconut pieces 1/2 Cup,

3. Pool Channa Dal or Baked Bengal Gram- 1/2 cup,

Mix above 3 items,along with Jagerry powder and add hot milk and make the dough hard and prepare them into Laddus( Ball or Sphere shape). 

Cardamom powder will add some flavor. 

Note: This sweet can be preserved in Refrigerator/Fridge for one week.
